25 year old male suffering from childhood chronic osteomyelitis of lower third of tibia with discharging sinus. Recently operated and part of infected bone was removed, but ended up in pathological fracture. He had seven cm shortening of the tibia. Infected bone excision measuring 7.5 centimetres and Ilizarov fixator was applied. A total 14.5 cm bone transport was performed.
