A 60 year old female underwent Total Knee Replacement which got infected. Treated with removal of the implant and spacer. Arthrodesis was tried with double plating technique but ended up in supracondylar fracture of the femur, which was again treated with DC plating, but the screws gave way. This complicated case was treated with Ilizarov fixator and arthrodesis at the knee joint and union at supracondylar fracture has been achieved.
