A 35 year old male sustained fracture upper end tibia which was compound initially and treated with unilateral external fixator followed by bone grafting and POP casing. Ended up in non-union with shortening after two years. Bone transport was done distal to proximal with Ilizarov fixator and union and length was achieved.
